Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc., ("Crown") operates manufacturing plants in Fruitland, Maryland and Winchester, Virginia. At the time of the events giving rise to this suit, William Grigsby ("Grigsby") was in the business of collecting and reselling used oils.
