Virgil Eugene Paulson appeals from that part of a separate maintenance decree which awards Lula Beth Paulson attorney's fees. He contends that the court had no authority to allow attorney's fees against him pursuant to a separate maintenance decree and that the fees allowed were excessive. Appellee cross appeals contending that the award of separate maintenance was inadequate and that the chancellor erred in failing to let her make adequate discovery...
