On December 1, 1978, Dr. Donald Everett Boyenga executed his last will and testament in statutory form. The will was prepared by and executed before Samuel P. Love, Jr., an attorney and notary public. In the will, Dr. Boyenga named his wife, Dorothy Boyenga, as the executrix and designated Mr. Love as the attorney to represent his estate.
