Plaintiff (Morville) sought damages from defendants Scriptomatic, Inc., (Scriptomatic) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for breach of contract, negligence and conversion for the loss of unique and irreplaceable mailing lists. The trial court granted UPS' motion for summary judgment.1
