This is an appeal by plaintiff from an order of the Washington Superior Court granting defendant's motion for summary judgment upon the plaintiff's petition for review of the suspension of his motor vehicle operator's license. V.R.C.P. 75. A similar motion by plaintiff was denied. We affirm.
