Defendant Hodges appeals from his jury conviction of armed robbery.

On June 9, 1981, Charles Hodges was charged with armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64, along with David Hendershot. Both Hodges and his co-defendant pled not guilty at arraignment.
