Before the court is defendant's motion in limine, seeking a pretrial ruling on an evidentiary issue which is likely to have a significant impact on the outcome of the trial. The issue is whether a deceased defendant's answers to written interrogatories propounded by plaintiff are admissable as evidence in behalf of declarant's estate at the trial of the case. We have determined that they are.
