BROSKY, Judge:

The primary issue raised in this appeal is whether the lower court erred in denying appellant's motion to withdraw a plea of nolo contendere which he had entered to charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse1 and indecent assault.2 Appellant also contests the sentence imposed upon him. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
