Defendant assigns as error that the trial court failed to exclude on its own motion statements defendant made in the police car, despite the fact that defendant's trial counsel did not object to introduction of the statements. A defendant who fails to object to admission of evidence may not later complain about its introduction, even on constitutional grounds. State v. Mitchell,
