OPINION

GREER, Judge.

This appeal by the Board of Education (Board) is from a judgment reinstating appellee Ronald J. Welch as a teacher following a judicial review of his dismissal by the Board. The trial court held that the Board abused its discretion because there was no reasonable evidence that good cause existed for his dismissal. We reverse.
