The appellant, Earl Dycus, was indicted in the Circuit Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi, for the capital murder of Rhonda McBride, a child sixteen months of age. A motion for change of venue was sustained and the case was transferred to the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi.
