This age discrimination case is before the court on defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's pendent state claims under Rule 12(b)(1), Fed.R.Civ.P., for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (doc. 19). Specifically, defendants move to dismiss Counts III, IV, V and VI of plaintiff's amended complaint (doc. 10) which are based on Ohio law, on the ground that this court lacks pendent jurisdiction over those claims...
