BLANCHE, Justice.

We are asked to determine whether the trial court erred in sustaining an exception of prescription urged in opposition to a natural father's action to annul an adoption decree which terminated his parental rights.

Arnold Leland Stewart and Susan Stewart were married on June 4, 1966 and established their matrimonial domicile in Colusa, Illinois. Four children were born of the marriage, the oldest of which is now sixteen.
