ELLIS, Justice.

This is a suit based on breach of a written contract. Charles C. Dodson appeals from a judgment against him in favor of G.L. Sizenbach and Douglas Aycock, appellees. The jury answered special issues against Dodson both on the issue of fraud and on the issue of breach of contract. The jury found that appellant had caused $103,637.92 in damages to appellees, and that appellees were also entitled to $20,000.00 exemplary damages. The...
