The juvenile, Reese Racine, born December 21, 1965, was charged with being a delinquent child by committing on April 1, 1982, the crime of theft of two tires, an AM-FM cassette player, a racing steering wheel and a Chevrolet automatic transmission, all of a value of $530, in violation of La.R.S. 14:67.
