This appeal involves a judgment for personal injuries suffered in an automobile accident on U.S. Highway 60 in McCracken County, Kentucky, on October 13, 1972. Appellee Cynthia Terry, age 12, was a passenger in an eastbound station wagon vehicle driven by her mother Barbara Jo Terry.
