Appellant, Carol M. Flanagan, appeals a final judgment entered in favor of appellee, Citizens Commercial Bank of Tallahassee (Bank), contending the trial court erred in not finding that Flanagan's liability under a promissory note was discharged by the Bank's unjustifiable impairment of the collateral securing the note.
