BECK, Judge:

Appellant, Charles Allen Davis, was convicted of robbery by a judge sitting non-jury. He filed timely post-trial motions and was sentenced to a period of incarceration of from two to six years.

Appellant's first claim is that the lower court erred in finding that the Commonwealth had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that appellant was guilty of robbery. The test for evaluating that claim was recently reiterated by our Supreme Court in Commonwealth...
