PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Reginald Belcher was convicted by a jury in the Marion Superior Court of criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor, and theft, a class C felony. The jury further found Appellant to be a habitual criminal. The trial court subsequently sentenced Appellant to imprisonment terms of one year on the criminal trespass conviction and four years on the theft conviction. Appellant's theft sentence was enhanced by thirty years imprisonment...
