VANCE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment which enhanced appellant's sentence of two years imprisonment for knowingly receiving stolen property to five years upon conviction as a persistent felon, second degree. The Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment, and we granted discretionary review. We affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals.
