BIRDSALL, Judge.

The appellants, Edmund A. Vikse and Edna M. Vikse, husband and wife, and Sigurd A. Miland, obtained a judgment against the appellees Joe S. Agers and W. Shelley Richey and others in the state court in Minnesota. The judgment was affirmed by the Minnesota Supreme Court and is reported as Vikse v. Flaby, 316 N.W.2d 276 (1982). The basis of the judgment was land fraud and jurisdiction was obtained...
