This is a diversity action for wrongful death. Plaintiff's decedent was her 17-year-old son, Michael Moon, who was killed when the vehicle he was driving was struck at the intersection of Stedman Road and Woods Road in Ionia County, Michigan. Plaintiff contends that the accident was caused by the county's failure to properly mark the intersection, and sues in her individual and representative capacities...
