Plaintiffs appeal as of right following denial of their motion for a new trial. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Carolyn Lasky in the sum of $15,000. The jury had found that defendant Baker was negligent, that the damages sustained by Carolyn Lasky were in the amount of $60,000, and that 75% of the negligence causing the injury was attributable to plaintiff Carolyn Lasky.
