McCORMICK, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of theft over $10,000.00. Punishment was assessed at five years' confinement and a $10,000.00 fine.

Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to establish that Rex Reagan, Superintendent of Hulcher Emergency Services, Inc., was the owner of the property allegedly taken.
