This appeal follows a jury verdict for the plaintiff in an action to recover benefits for property damage incurred when her truck burned. Held:

1. In its first enumeration of error, the defendant argues that the trial court erred in giving the following charge: "When there is no clear and unequivocal limitation on the authority of the agent of the insurance company, and no fraud or collusion between the agent and the prospective insured...
