The issue before us is whether the Division of Industrial Accidents (Division) acted within its authority in approving after an employee's death a settlement under G.L.c. 152, § 48, which had been executed and presented to the Division and recommended by a single member when the employee was still alive. We affirm the judgment enforcing the approved settlement.
