The instant matter is before the court on defendants' motion1 to abate plaintiff's action pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. §3375, Act of June 30, 1972, P.L. 508, No. 164, §2, effective July 1, 1972. For the reasons stated below, the court grants the motion and dismisses plaintiff's action with prejudice.
