Defendant appeals the trial court's finding that it was indebted unto the plaintiff for amounts owed on a contract between the parties.

After some negotiation between defendant's general manager, Mr. Thompson, a contract was entered into by the parties on August 10, 1981. Therein, plaintiff agreed to provide certain advertising for defendant's business and establishment (i.e., Saturday's). Such contract was terminable at any time by either party...
