WATSON, Justice.

Defendant, Gregory Stephens, was convicted by a jury of armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.1 The trial court agreed to impose a ten rather than thirty year sentence if defendant revealed the name of his accomplice.2 After complying with the condition, Stephens was sentenced to ten years at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
