Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph the date "December 31, 1985" and substituting therefor the date "December 31, 1984", and (2) deleting the twelfth decretal paragraph thereof, which required the husband to pay $3,000 counsel fees, and substituting therefor a provision denying plaintiff wife counsel fees. As so modified, judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the husband.
