This matter arises from an automobile accident on October 3, 1981 in which respondent/plaintiff was injured. She brought suit against James Fairbanks, the driver of the other vehicle, and against the petitioners, City of Ogema and Ogema Municipal Liquor Store, on a dram shop claim.
