After trial by jury defendant, Christine Weeks, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 9-3(a)) and was sentenced to a term of three years' imprisonment. She appeals, contending the evidence was insufficient to establish her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and that the trial court arbitrarily denied a sentence of probation and abused its discretion...
