The defendant was convicted on an indictment charging armed robbery, while masked, of one Frank Jackson. The theory was joint enterprise, and the defendant was the driver of the "getaway" car. He urges error in the denial of his motion for a required finding of not guilty and, in the alternative, in the denial of his motion for a finding of not guilty on so much of the indictment as charged him with being masked.
