Plaintiff Central Soya Company, Inc. (Central Soya) became the owner in 1970 of Patent No. 3,208,856 entitled "Method of Making a Meat Product." The patented method involved the procedure of coating a slice of meat with batter and bread crumbs and then compressing the same to force the crumbs deep into the meat and expand the area of the slice approximately 100 to 150 percent.
