The petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. After a joint jury trial with a codefendant, Steven Russ, both defendants were convicted of armed robbery, party to a crime, contrary to Wis.Stat. §§ 943.32(1)(b), (2) and 939.05.
