Lavin appeals and the employer/carrier (E/C) cross appeals from the deputy commissioner's order which established Lavin's average weekly wage (AWW) and the date of maximum medical improvement (MMI), granted temporary total disability (TTD) benefits, and awarded catastrophic loss benefits.
