GAMMELL v. STATE

No. AR-177.

438 So.2d 190 (1983)

Ronnie Lynn GAMMELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

September 26, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michael Allen, Public Defender, P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., John Tiedemann, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

MILLS, Judge.

Gammell appeals his conviction for grand theft, Section 812.014, Florida Statutes (1981).

The sole point on appeal is that the State failed to prove that Gammell knowingly obtained or used the property of another.

We find the evidence sufficient to show that he had such knowledge and affirm the conviction.
