Defendant Department of Treasury appeals as of right from an order by the State Board of Tax Appeals determining that the incomes of plaintiff's wholly owned subsidiaries, Aguadilla Shoe Corporation and Wolverine International, Inc., were not includable in a combined report for purposes of determining plaintiff's Michigan income tax liability.
