The appellant, Charles Jess Palmer (Palmer), appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of felony murder, in violation of the provisions of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-303(2) (Reissue 1979), and from the subsequent sentence of death imposed by the trial court.
