This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien on a motor vehicle.

The motor vehicle in question, a truck belonging to the defendant, Carpet Transport, Inc., was severely damaged in a collision with another vehicle in November of 1981.
