On October 23, 1977, claimant, Robert Binford, slipped and fell during the course of his employment with respondent, American Steel Foundries, sustaining neck and back injuries. Claimant filed an application for adjustment of his claim for compensation, and an arbitrator awarded benefits for temporary total disability and also for 60% partial permanent
