OPINION

MEYERSON, Judge.

Appellant was originally charged by indictment with two separate counts of theft, class 3 felonies. Following a jury trial he was convicted on count I, involving the theft of a motor vehicle and acquitted on count II, theft of certain personal property. Appellant thereafter entered a plea of guilty to the allegation of a prior conviction. He was sentenced to a presumptive term of 7.5 years...
