SACKETT, Judge.

Defendant-appellant, Marlin Mueller, appeals his conviction and sentence on two counts of sexual abuse in the second degree.

Mueller was charged by grand jury indictment with sexually abusing his eleven-year-old daughter, Amy, on December 25, 1979 and January 17, 1980. He was also charged with sexually abusing his three-year-old son, Phillip, on January 14 and 17, 1980. The case was tried to a jury...
