Willard Huffman has filed a personal restraint petition in which he seeks reinstatement of a sentence imposed in February 1980 by Lewis County Superior Court Judge Cunningham for the crime of indecent liberties. That sentence imposed a 10-year prison term, but suspended it for 5 years on the condition that petitioner enter and complete the sexual psychopathy program at Western State Hospital.
