In this action the plaintiffs, consisting of three corporations bearing the family name "Pacelli," and two brothers, Clarence and Guido Pacelli, have sued a third brother, Torino Pacelli, for damages resulting from fraudulent misrepresentations claimed to have been made when they purchased his interests in the corporations.
