Plaintiff appeals as of right an order of the trial court which granted defendant's motion for accelerated judgment, GCR 1963, 116.1(5), on the basis that plaintiff failed to file this action within the applicable statute of limitations period. As a pedestrian, plaintiff was struck while crossing the street by an unidentified hit and run driver.
