WRIGHT, Judge.

The State appeals the grant by the Court of Common Pleas of a motion to suppress a police officer's testimony of events surrounding his entry into a private home to effect an arrest.

The underlying charges resulted from an encounter between the officer and the defendants, Mrs. Wisneski and her son, David, which occurred as the officer was pursuing another son, Thomas, into the Wisneski home. The officer was attempting to arrest...
