EAGLES, Judge.
Defendant has assigned error to several evidentiary rulings. He argues that the trial judge erred in excluding evidence pertaining to prior confrontations between the Pates and the Flowes. Since defendant has failed to include in the record what the witnesses would have testified to in this regard, we are precluded from any review on appeal. State v. Misenheimer, 304 N.C. 108,
