PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Robert Wayne Vickers, was convicted and adjudged guilty of one count of first-degree murder, A.R.S. § 13-1105(A), and one count of arson of an occupied structure, A.R.S. § 13-1704. He was sentenced to death, A.R.S. § 13-703, for the murder conviction and to twenty-one years for the arson conviction, to run consecutively with any other sentences he was presently serving.
