This appeal is from an order denying a petition filed under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9551. Appellant argues that his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to call three alibi witnesses, and that he should therefore be granted a new trial.
